Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2009 🢒 Astra 🢒 Body Repair 🢒 Bumpers and Fascias 🢒 Front Bumper Fascia Molding Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the radiator grille.

    2. Object Number: 1938361 Size: LF
  2. Loosen the front trim.
    3. • Remove the 2 body-bound rivets (2) on the upper front fascia center support.
    • Remove the 4 screws right (1) and left (3).
    • Remove the 3 body-bound rivets (4) from the lower front axle body.
    • Disconnect the external temperature (arrow) from the ventilator grill.
  3. Vehicles equipped with high-pressure headlamp washers, detach the high-pressure headlamp washer hose from reservoir.

    4. Release the quick lock from the reservoir.

    Note:  Release the front fascia carefully upwards from the lateral guide rails (l) and pull simultaneously outwards (arrow).

  4. For vehicles with fog lamps, detach the right and left fog lamp wiring harness plugs.

    5. Object Number: 1936323 Size: LH
  5. Remove the front fascia.
    6. • Remove the front fascia from the right outer support.
    • Remove the front fascia from the left outer support.
    • Remove the front fascia from the front guide rail (II), (1).

    Object Number: 1937629 Size: LH
  6. Remove the front fascia molding.

    7. Release the 6 clips (1) and remove the molding.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the front fascia molding.

    2. Install the 6 molding clips.

  2. Install the front fascia.
    3. • Install the front fascia into the center support.
    • Install the front fascia into the right outer support.
    • Install the front fascia into the left outer support.
  3. For vehicles equipped with fog lamps, attach the right and left fog lamp wiring harness plugs.
  4. For vehicles equipped with high-pressure headlamp washers, attach the high-pressure headlamp washer hose to the reservoir.

    5. Lock quick lock to reservoir.

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  5. Install the front fascia.
    6. • Install the external temperature (arrow) to the ventilator grill.
    • Install the 3 body-bound rivets to the lower front axle body.
    • Install the 2 body-bound rivets to the upper front bearer.
    • Install the 4 right and left bolts.

    Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  6. Install the radiator grille.
