KM6067 Radio Removal Tools

Warning: Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning in the Preface section.

Note: When replacing the control unit, before removing the control unit, carry out a Reset using TECH 2. For reprogramming procedures, refer to Control Module References.

1. Disconnect the battery.



2. Remove the radio.

•	Install the removal bar KM6067 into the openings (arrows) until it engages.

•	Pull both removal bars outwards and at the same time withdraw the radio from the holder.

3. Disconnect the wiring harness plug.

Disconnect the 2 wiring harness plugs (1, 2).

1. Connect the wiring harness plug.

Connect the 2 wiring harness plugs.

2. Install the radio.

Push the radio into the holder until it engages.

3. Connect the battery.
