Removal Procedure
- Open the sunshade.
- Remove the front air deflector covers.
- Open the sunroof to the vent position.
- Remove the sunroof window rear bolts, two on each side.
- Open the sunroof to half open position.
- Remove the front window bolts, one on each side.
- Remove the window.
Release the cover (1) at the back (3) and remove from the bracket, front (2).
Note: Ensure the position disk does not drop off.
Remove the 4 bolts.
Note: Ensure the position disk does not drop off.
Remove the 2 bolts.
Installation Procedure
- Insert the window.
- Install the front window.
- Close the sunroof until the rear part is in the vent position.
- Install the sunroof window rear bolts.
- Close the sunroof.
- Tighten the sunroof, rear.
- Open the sunroof to half open position.
- Tighten the sunroof window front bolts.
- Install the front air deflector covers.
- Close the sunroof.
- Close the sunshade.
- Close the front door.
Align and insert the window on one side.
Note: Position disk may not rotate, since it can cause scratches in the rear glass cover.

| 4.2. | Install the 4 screws with washers. |
Inspect the gap 1.5-2 mm (0.06-0.08 in).
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.
Press the seal lightly down (arrow).
Tighten
Tighten the 4 bolts to 4 N·m (35 lb in).
Tighten
Tighten the 2 bolts to 4 N·m (35 lb in).
Insert and clip in covers.
