Removal Procedure
  1. Lower the molded headlining. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the sunroof module assembly. Refer to Sunroof Module Assembly Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 1937633 Size: LF
  3. Remove the window outer seal.

    4. Remove the window outer seal from the guide.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2033978 Size: SH

    Important: 

       • Position the window outer seal with the sunroof in the front area on markings (2).
       • Cut off the window seal at the lower area of the opening of the sunroof (3).

  1. Install the window outer seal (1).
    2. 1.1. Insert the window outer seal into the guide.
    1.2. Cut off the extra window seal and glue the end to the abutting seal (4) (super glue).
  2. Install the sunroof module assembly. Refer to Sunroof Module Assembly Replacement .
  3. Install the molded headlining. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement .
