Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2009 🢒 Astra 🢒 Roof 🢒 Sunroof 🢒 Sunroof Window Height and Opening Fit Adjustment

    Object Number: 1937647 Size: LF
  1. Remove the front air deflector covers.

    2. Release the covers (1) at the back (3) and remove from bracket, front (2).

  2. Open the sunroof to the vent position.
  3. Loosen the sunroof window rear bolts.

    4. Loosen the 4 bolts.

  4. Open the sunroof to the half open position.
  5. Loosen the front sunroof window.

    6. Loosen the 2 bolts.

  6. Close the sunroof.

    7. Object Number: 1937653 Size: SH

    Note: Tighten the window in the upper position.

  7. Adjust the window.

    8. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  8. Tighten the window rear bolts.

    9. Tighten
    Tighten the 4 bolts to 4 N·m (35 lb in).

  9. Open the sunroof window until the rear part is in the vent position.
  10. Tighten the sunroof window front bolts.

    11. Tighten
    Tighten the 2 bolts to 4 N·m (35 lb in).

  11. Install the front air deflector covers.

    12. Install the covers.

  12. Close the sunroof.

    13. Inspect the gap 1.5-2 mm (0.06-0.08 in).
