Removal Procedure
  1. Lower the molded headlining. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 1937631 Size: SH
  2. Remove the front water drain hose actuation unit.

    3. Remove the 2 hoses.


    Object Number: 1937632 Size: SH
  3. Remove the rear water drain hose actuation unit.

    4. Remove the 2 hoses.

  4. Disconnect the front wiring harness actuation unit.

    5. Disconnect the 2 wiring harness plugs.

  5. Release the sunroof module assembly.

    6. Remove the 20 screws.

  6. Remove the sunroof module assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  1. Insert the sunroof module assembly.

    2. Fasten with 3 screws.

  2. Install the sunroof module assembly.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the 20 screws to 5 N·m (44 lb in).

  3. Connect the front wiring harness actuation unit.

    4. Connect the 2 wiring harness plugs.

  4. Install the rear water drain hose actuation unit.

    5. Connect the 2 hoses.

  5. Install the front water drain hose actuation unit.

    6. Connect the 2 hoses.

  6. Install the molded headlining. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement.
