Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 1942388  Size: SH
  1. Remove the rear bench seat.
  2. 1.1. Release the 2 brackets (1) front.
    1.2. Support the 2 bench seats from the rear bracket.
    1.3. Push the seat simultaneously backwards and upward.
  3. Remove the head restraint.

  4. Object Number: 1942115  Size: LH
  5. Remove the rear seat backrest.
  6. 3.1. Remove the bolt at the front and remove the belt buckle.
    3.2. Remove the 2 side bolts.
    3.3. Fold down the rear seat backrest.
    3.4. Remove the bolt at back.

  7. Remove the rear seat backrest.
  8. Remove the rear seat backrest from side guide.


    Object Number: 1942128  Size: LH
  9. Remove the rear seat backrest cover.
  10. Remove the 9 clips (l).

  11. Remove the right bracket.
  12. Remove the 2 bolts (1), (ll).

  13. Remove the left bracket.
  14. Remove the bolts (2), (III).

  15. Remove the upholstery covering all the way around.
  16. Remove the rear seat backrest center pivot support.
  17. 9.1. Remove the 2 bolts.
    9.2. Remove the release cable with bolt from hinge.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  1. Install the rear seat backrest center pivot support.
  2. Install the release cable with bolt in hinge.

    Tighten
    Tighten the 2 bolts.

  3. Insert the surrounding upholstery covering.
  4. Install the left bracket.
  5. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 25  N·m(18 lb ft).

  6. Install the right bracket.
  7. Tighten
    Tighten the 2 bolts to 25  N·m(18 lb ft).

  8. Install the rear seat backrest cover.
  9. Install the 9 clips.

  10. Install the headrest.
  11. Insert the rear seat backrest.
  12. Install the rear seat backrest.
  13. Tighten

        • Tighten the 2 side bolts to 20 N·m(15 lb ft).
        • Tighten the screw at back to 20 N·m(15 lb ft).
    • Fold down the rear seat backrest.

       Note: Use screw locking compound.

    • Insert the belt buckle.

    Tighten
    Tighten the front screw to 20 N·m(15 lb ft).

  14. Install the rear seat.
  15. Insert the rear seat cushion and position.
