Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1941335 Size: SH
  1. Remove the rear seat cushion.
    2. 1.1. Unlock at the loop (1) and support in the rear area (arrow).
    1.2. Remove the rear seat upwards.

    Object Number: 1942251 Size: LH
  2. Remove the center rear seat backrest.
    3. 2.1. Remove the 2 bolts at the front and remove the belt buckle.
    2.2. Remove the 4 side bolts.
    2.3. Fold down the rear seat backrest.
    2.4. Remove the 2 bolts at the back.
  3. Remove the head restraints.
  4. Remove the head restraint guide sleeve.

    5. Remove the 2 head restraint guide sleeves with a suitable tool.

  5. Remove the rear seat backrest cover.

    6. Remove the 11 clips.

  6. Remove the right and left brackets.

    7. Remove the 2 bolts.

  7. Remove the lock panel.

    8. Remove the 2 bolts (1).

  8. Remove the upholstery covering all the way round.
  9. Remove the upholstery covering.

    10. Object Number: 1944571 Size: SH
  10. Remove the rear center seat backrest latch.
    11. 10.1. Remove the upholstery.
    10.2. Remove the 2 bolts (1).

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  1. Install the rear seat back cushion latch.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the 2 bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  2. Insert the upholstery.
  3. Install the upholstery padding.

    4. Insert the pad.

  4. Install the upholstery covering.

    5. Position the upholstery covering.

  5. Insert the surrounding upholstery covering.
  6. Install the lock panel.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the 2 bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  7. Install the head restraint guide sleeve.

    8. Engage the 2 head restraint guide sleeves (audible click).

  8. Install the brackets, right and left.

    9. Tighten
    Tighten the 2 bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  9. Install the rear seat back cushion cover.

    10. Install the 11 clips.

  10. Install the head restraints.
  11. Insert the rear seat backrest.

    12. Note: Use screw locking compound.

  12. Install the rear seat backrest.

    13. Tighten
    Tighten the 2 screws at the back to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

  13. Fold down the rear seat backrest.
  14. Insert the seat belt buckle.

    15. Tighten

        • Tighten the 4 bolts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
        • Tighten the 2 front bolts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
  15. Insert the rear seat cushions and lock.
