Removal Procedure
- Remove the bench seat.
1.1. | Remove the 2 brackets (1) front. |
1.2. | Support the 2 bench seat from the rear bracket. |
1.3. | Push the seat simultaneously backwards and upward. |
- Remove the rear seat backrest.
2.1. | Remove the 2 bolts at the front |
2.2. | Remove the belt buckle. |
2.3. | Remove the 2 bolts, side. |
2.4. | Fold down the rear seat backrest. |
2.5. | Remove the 2 bolts at the back. |
- With the aid of an assistant, remove the rear seat backrest.
Remove the rear seat backrest from the side guide.
- Remove the head restraints.
- Remove the rear seat backrest cover.
Remove the 11 clips.
- Remove the left (1) and right (2) brackets.
Remove the 3 bolts.
- Remove the cushion cover all the way around.
- Remove the head restraint guide sleeve.
Remove the 4 head restraint guide sleeves with a suitable tool.
- Remove the belt panel.
Remove the cover.
- Remove the cushion cover.

Installation Procedure
- Install the cushion cover.
1.1. | Position the cushion cover. |
1.2. | Install the 11 clamps. |
- Install the belt panel.
- Install the head restraint guide sleeve.
Engage the 4 head restraint guide sleeves (audible click).
- Insert the surrounding cushion cover.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.
- Install the left and right brackets.
Tighten
Tighten the 3 bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
- Install the rear seat backrest cover.
Install the 11 clips.
- Install the head restraints.
- Insert the rear seat backrest.
- Install the rear seat backrest.
Tighten
Tighten the 2 screws at the back to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
Note: Use screw locking compound.
- Fold down the rear seat backrest.
Insert the 2 seat belt buckles.
Tighten
• | Tighten the 2 bolts, side to 20 N·m (15 lb ft). |
• | Tighten the 2 front bolts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft). |
- Insert the rear seat cushions and lock.
