Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 1942388  Size: SH
  1. Remove the bench seat.
  2. 1.1.  Unlock the 2 front brackets (1).
    1.2.  Support 2 bench seats from the rear bracket.
    1.3. Push the seat simultaneously backwards and upward.

  3. Remove the center rear seat back cushion.
  4. 2.1. Remove the 2 bolts at the front and remove the belt buckle.
    2.2. Remove the 4 side bolts.
    2.3. Fold down the rear seat back cushion.
    2.4. Remove the 2 bolts at the back.
  5. Remove the head restraints.
  6. Remove the head restraint guide sleeve.
  7. Remove the 2 head restraint guide sleeves with a suitable tool.

  8. Remove the rear seat backrest cover.
  9. Remove the 11 clips.

  10. Remove the brackets, right and left.
  11. Remove the 2 bolts.

  12. Remove the lock panel.
  13. Remove the 2 bolts (1).

  14. Remove the upholstery covering.
  15. Remove the upholstery covering all the way around.

  16. Remove the upholstery padding.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the upholstery padding.
  2. Insert the pad.

  3. Install the upholstery covering.
  4. Position the upholstery covering.

  5. Insert the surrounding upholstery covering.
  6. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  7. Install the lock panel.
  8. Tighten
    Tighten the 2 bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  9. Install the head restraint guide sleeve.
  10. Engage the 2 head restraint guide sleeves (audible click).

  11. Install the brackets, right and left.
  12. Tighten
    Tighten the 2 bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  13. Install the rear seat back cushion cover.
  14. Install the 11 clips.
  15. Install the head restraints.
  16. Insert the rear seat back cushion.
  17. Note:  Use screw locking compound.

  18. Install the rear seat back cushion.
  19. Tighten
    Tighten the 2 screws at back 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

  20. Fold down the rear seat back cushion.
  21. Note:  Use screw locking compound.

  22. Insert the seat belt buckle.
  23. Tighten

        • Tighten the 4 bolts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
        • Tighten the 2 front bolts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
  24. Insert the rear seat cushions and lock.
