Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket.

    2. Object Number: 1936685 Size: SH
  2. Remove the star handle from the seat backrest.

    3. Remove the adjusting wheel with a suitable tool.


    Object Number: 1938675 Size: SH
  3. Remove the interior paneling.
    4. • Remove the bolt (1).
    • Remove the paneling.

    Object Number: 1944767 Size: LF

    Note: For better clarity, the connecting rod is shown on the seat mount with the upholstery removed (1).

  4. Remove the connecting rod.
    5. • Remove the cover cap (2).
    • Remove the rod (3).

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the connecting rod.
    2. • Insert the rod.
    • Install the cover cap.

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the interior paneling.

    3. Insert the paneling.

    Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  3. Install the star handle to the seat backrest.

    4. Install the adjusting wheel.

  4. Install the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket.
