Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1942388 Size: SH
  1. Remove the bench seat.
    2. • Release the 2 brackets (1) front.
    • Support the 2 bench seats from the rear bracket.
    • Push the seat simultaneously backwards and upward.

    Object Number: 1941337 Size: LH
  2. Remove the rear seat backrest.
    3. • Remove the 3 bolts at the front.
    • Remove the 3 belt buckles.
    • Fold down the rear seat backrest.
    • Remove the 3 bolts at the back.

  3. Remove the rear seat backrest.

    4. Remove the rear seat backrest from the side guide.

  4. Remove the rear quarter lower trim panel.

    5. Release the rear quarter lower trim panel and remove, arrows.

  5. Remove the seat belt on the rear quarter lower trim panel.

    6. Remove the bolt.

  6. Remove the rear quarter lower trim panel.
    7. • Release the access panel (1).
    • Release the rear quarter lower trim panel.
    • Release the 5 clips.
    • Unthread the seat belt.
    • Remove the rear quarter lower trim panel.

    Object Number: 1941379 Size: LF
  7. Remove the seat belt.
    8. • Remove the seat belt (l) from the deflection sheave (II).
    • Remove the seat belt with reel retractor (lll).

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the seat belt.

    2. Insert the seat belt with reel retractor and tighten.

  2. Install the rear quarter lower trim panel.
    3. • Thread in the seat belt.
    • Install the rear quarter lower trim panel.

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

    Note: Use screw locking compound.

  3. Install the seat belt on the rear quarter lower trim panel.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 35 N·m (26 lb ft).

  4. Install the lower rear quarter lower trim panel.
  5. Insert the rear seat backrest.

    6. Insert the rear seat backrest into the side guide.

    Note: Use screw locking compound.

  6. Install the rear seat backrest. Tighten the 3 rear bolts.

    7. Tighten

        • Tighten the left and right bolt to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
        • Tighten the center bolt to 35 N·m (26 lb ft)
  7. Fold down the rear seat backrest.

    8. Tighten
    Tighten the 3 front bolts with the belt buckle.

  8. Install the rear seat.

    9. Insert the rear seat cushion and position.
