Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2004 🢒 ION 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning 🢒 Front Fender Liner Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

    2. Object Number: 864091 Size: SH
  2. Remove the screws from the front fender liner.
  3. Remove the push-in retainers from the front fender liner.
  4. Remove the fender liner.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 864091 Size: SH
  1. Install the front fender liner with the push-in retainers.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the front fender liner screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2 N·m (17 lb in).

  3. Lower the vehicle.
