Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2006 🢒 ION 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.4L 🢒 Windshield Washer Solvent Container Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Drain the washer solvent from the washer solvent container.
  2. Remove the front fender liner. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement in Body Front End.

    3. Object Number: 815208 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the washer pump hose.
  4. Disconnect the washer pump electrical connector.

    5. Object Number: 869670 Size: SH
  5. Remove the washer solvent container screws.
  6. Remove the washer solvent container from the left frame rail.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 869670 Size: SH
  1. Position the washer solvent container to the left frame rail.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the washer solvent container screw.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screw to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  3. Connect the washer pump electrical connector.
  4. Connect the washer pump hose.
  5. Install the front fender liner. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement in Body Front End.
  6. Fill the washer solvent container with washer solvent.
