Removal Procedure

  1. Lift the pull cup liner.

  2. Object Number: 864943  Size: SH
  3. Remove the pull cup screws from the door trim.
  4. Using a small flat-bladed tool, pry the rearward end of the pull cup out of the door trim.

  5. Object Number: 888370  Size: SH
  6. Pull rearward to disengage the forward pull cup hook from the door trim.
  7. Disconnect the power window switch electrical connector.
  8. Disengage the locking tabs that hold the power window switch in the pull cup.
  9. Remove the switch from the pull cup.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 888370  Size: SH
  1. Insert the power window switch into the pull cup until the locking tabs engage.
  2. Connect the power window switch electrical connector.
  3. Insert the forward end of the pull cup into the door trim and push forward to engage the hook.
  4. Press down on the rearward end of the pull cup.

  5. Object Number: 864943  Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  6. Install the pull cup screws.
  7. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2.5 N·m (23 lb in).

  8. Reposition the pull cup liner.
