Rear Side Door Insulator Replacement Coupe

1. Remove the outer panel from the rear side door. Refer to Front Side Door Outer Panel Replacement .
2. Remove the rear side door insulator.

1. Install the rear side door insulator to the door panel by adhering the upper surface first. Then adhere the rearward edge. Adhere the remainder of the insulator in a clockwise direction ending at the upper forward corner.
2. Install the outer panel to the rear side door. Refer to Front Side Door Outer Panel Replacement .

Rear Side Door Insulator Replacement Sedan

1. Remove the outer door panel. Refer to Front Side Door Outer Panel Replacement .
2. Remove the sound insulator. Apply only enough pressure to release the insulator from the door panel.

Important: Ensure that the attaching point are clean and dry. Replace any insulator that was damaged during removal.

1. Using the locating holes, carefully align the sound insulator to the door panel.
2. Install the outer door panel. Refer to Front Side Door Outer Panel Replacement .
