Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2006 🢒 ION 🢒 Body 🢒 Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console 🢒 Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the right instrument panel (I/P) outer trim cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 877781 Size: SH
  2. Remove the I/P compartment screws.
  3. Pull out on the I/P compartment in order to remove.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 877781 Size: SH
  1. Align the locating pins with the I/P.
  2. Push the I/P compartment in order to secure.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the I/P compartment screws.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the I/P compartment screws to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  4. Install the right I/P outer trim cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover Replacement .
