Removal Procedure
- Unlatch the rear seat back by pulling the release handle in the trunk.
- Fold the rear seat back forward.
- Using a large screwdriver, press the tab to release the outboard side of the seat back.
- Lift the outboard corner of the seat back up to remove it from the lower anchor assembly.
- Slide the seat back off the center pivot pin of the lower anchor assembly.
Installation Procedure
- Slide the seat back on to the center pivot pin of the lower anchor assembly.
- Press down on the outboard corner of the seat back until the seat back snaps into the locking tab on the lower anchor assembly.
- Raise the seat back.
- Push the seat back over the latch locations until the seat back engages. Pull up on the seat back to ensure that the latch has engaged.
- Inspect the seat belts for proper operation.
Important: Ensure that the seat belt webbing is not caught behind the seat back.
