Window Switch Not Illuminated - keywords door inoperative light switch window

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

A technician or customer may comment that the window switches do not illuminate. The owner's manual may state the vehicle has lighted switches.

This was a misprint in the 2006 owners manual; the switch lighting was eliminated after the 2005MY. The 2007MY owner's manual can be referenced if needed, it has been corrected to reflect no lighting.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
