Removal Procedure
- Pull the release handle in the rear compartment to lower the rear seat backs.
- Press the front tab on the retaining clip to release the front of the amplifier from the underside of the window shelf.
- Pull the amplifier toward the passenger compartment to disengage the rear tabs from the shelf.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
- Remove the amplifier.
Installation Procedure
- Connect the electrical connectors.
- Insert the amplifier rear tabs in the window shelf.
- Push up to engage the amplifier bracket forward clip.
- Raise the rear seat backs.
- Press down over the latch locations to ensure that the latches engage.
- Pull up on the seat backs to ensure that the seat back latches are fully engaged.
- Verify that the seat belts operate properly.
