Condition
Some customers may comment of any of the following conditions:
| • | Service Wrench telltale is On. |
| • | Engine Coolant Temperature telltale is On |
| • | Coolant Temperature gauge needle is in the red zone. |
| • | 30A COOL FAN #1 fuse located in under hood fuse block (UHFB) is open |
Cause
Puller fan (driver side) wiring harness, which contains three wires, may chafe on aluminum upper radiator mount.
Correction
Repair chafed engine cooling fan wire(s)
