Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 895897 Size: SH
  1. Remove the engine coolant temperature sensor.

    2. Object Number: 895532 Size: SH
  2. Remove the thermostat and water feed pipe retaining bolts.

    3. Important: Twist the water feed pipe while pulling to remove it from the water pump.

  3. Remove the thermostat housing and water feed pipe from the water pump.

    4. Object Number: 895535 Size: SH

    Important: Be sure to remove the bolt that goes through the front of the engine block.

  4. Remove the water pump retaining bolts.
  5. Remove the water pump assembly.
