Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 896333 Size: SH
  1. Remove the air cleaner assembly.

    2. Object Number: 894285 Size: SH
  2. Remove the air cleaner lid:
    3. 2.1. Loosen the hose clamp at the throttle body.
    2.2. Slide off the flexible inlet hose to the throttle body hose.
    2.3. Unclamp the air cleaner lid.
    2.4. Remove the air cleaner lid, and hose as an assembly.
  3. Remove the air cleaner from the air box.

  4. Remove the air box mount bolt.
  5. Remove the air box.

  6. Support the engine weight with the floor jack under the oil pan.

    7. Object Number: 891691 Size: SH
  7. Remove the engine mount to bracket fasteners.

    8. Object Number: 891719 Size: SH
  8. Remove the engine mount to body attachment fasteners.
  9. Remove the engine mount from the vehicle.

    10. Object Number: 891743 Size: SH
  10. Remove the engine mount bracket to the engine fasteners.
  11. Remove the bracket from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 891743 Size: SH
  1. Install the engine mount bracket into the vehicle and tighten the fasteners.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the engine mount bracket-to-engine bolts to 90 N·m (66 lb ft).

  2. Install the engine mount into the vehicle.
  3. Install the engine mount to body fasteners.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the engine mount-to-body bolts to 55 N·m (41 lb ft).

  4. Install the engine mount to bracket bolts.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the engine mount-to-engine mount bracket bolts to 55 N·m (41 lb ft).

  5. Install the air cleaner assembly.
    6. 5.1. Install the air box. Ensure that the lower pin engages into the rubber mount grommet and that the lower duct fits into the resonator outlet.
    5.2. Install the air box mount bolt.
    5.3. Install the air cleaner.

  6. Install the air cleaner lid. Ensure that the lid hinge is fully engaged in the air box slots or the lid may not properly seal.
  7. Slide the flexible hose and hose clamp onto the throttle body.
  8. Tighten the hose clamp.
