1. Move the front seat to the forward most position.
2. Remove the outer shoulder belt seat cover by pulling on the cover.
3. Remove the shoulder belt fastener and remove the shoulder belt from the seat track.



4. Remove the front seat rear anchoring bolts.
5. Pull the seat assembly rearward to disengage the front seat tracks from the front seat track hooks.
6. Tilt the seat rearward and disconnect the wiring harness from the seat connector by pushing on the connector paddle.
7. Remove the seat from the vehicle and place upside down in a clean working area.



8. Remove the seat belt buckle connector from the connector housing.



9. Cut the straps attaching the seat belt buckle wiring harness to the seat frame.
10. Remove the front seat belt buckle fastener and remove the buckle.

Caution: Refer to Loctite Threadlocker on Restraint Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

1. Install the front seat belt buckle and fastener to the seat frame.

Tighten
Tighten the seat belt buckle-to-seat frame fasteners to 35 N·m (25 lb ft).




2. Route the seat belt buckle wire through the hole in the seat frame. and alon the seat frame beam.

Inserst the connector intor the connector housing.

3. Strap the seat belt buckle wire to the seat frame.
4. Position the seat in the vehicle. Tilt the seat rearward and plug the wiring harnesses into the wire harness connector.



5. Position the front seat slightly rearward of the front seat track hooks.
6. Push the seat forward to engage the seat tracks into the hooks.
7. Install the front seat rear anchoring bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the Front Seat Anchoring Bolts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

8. Install the outer shoulder belt to the seat track making sure the anti-rotation tab is properly aligned into the slot.

Tighten
Tighten the Shoulder Belt-to-Seat Track Fastener to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

9. Install the outer shoulder belt seat cover.
10. If equipped, function the power seat and the shoulder belt to ensure proper operation.
