Headlamp Bulb Replacement Right Side

Caution: Refer to Halogen Bulb Caution in the Preface section.




1. Disconnect the headlamp bulb sockets from the headlamp housing by rotating the bulb socket counter clockwise ¼ turn while pressing the socket in firmly. Pull the socket rearward until the bulb clears the headlamp housing and lift up for access to the bulb.
2. Disconnect the wire connector from the bulb by lifting the lock tab and pulling it away from the plastic base.
3. Remove the headlamp bulb from the headlamp harness.

1. Without touching the glass, connect the headlamp bulb to the harness.
2. Insert the bulb into the headlamp housing and rotate ¼ turn to lock. Assembly must be correctly positioned to insert and lock.

Headlamp Bulb Replacement Left Side

1. Remove the fan control module by releasing the pressure clip on the back of the module while sliding up and off the bracket. Lay the module and the wiring out of way. Do not disconnect the wiring.
2. Disconnect the headlamp bulb sockets from the headlamp housing by rotating the bulb socket counter clockwise ¼ turn while pressing the socket in firmly. Pull the socket rearward until the bulb clears the headlamp housing and lift up for access to the bulb.
3. Disconnect the wire connector from the bulb by lifting the lock tab and pulling it away from the plastic base.
4. Remove the headlamp bulb from the headlamp harness.

3. Install the fan control module.
