Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 886454 Size: SH
  1. Rotate the turn signal socket and remove from the headlamp housing.
  2. Remove the headlamp housing attachment bolt from the headlamp housing brace to the radiator support upper.
  3. Remove the Phillips head screw from the headlamp housing brace to the headlamp attachment bracket.
  4. Pull the lower front corner of the headlamp housing out and slide the lamp out at an angle.
  5. Pull the headlamp assembly up and forward. Disconnect the headlamp bulb sockets from the headlamp housing.
  6. Remove the housing.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 886454 Size: SH
  1. Position the headlamp housing above the opening.
  2. Install the headlamp bulb sockets into the headlamp housing. Rotate the sockets to lock in place.
  3. Align the headlamp housing and install the turn signal socket into the headlamp housing. Rotate the turn signal socket to lock in place.

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Install the attaching bolt and screw.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the headlamp housing brace to headlamp attachment bracket screw to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

    Caution: Refer to Halogen Bulb Caution in the Preface section.

  5. Check the headlamp aim. Adjust if required. Refer to Headlamp Aiming
