Fusible Link
| • | Inspect link for damage or discoloration |
| • | Test for battery voltage on both ends of link |
| • | Replace with same size fusible link (wire-gauge size printed on insulation) |
Ignition Switch Continuity
Important: Key-minder circuit is open until ignition switch is cycled.
Neutral Safety Backup Switch (NSBU)
- Disconnect neutral safety backup switch (NSBU).
- Using DVOM, check for continuity between terminals G and E on the NSBU switch when vehicle is in Park or Neutral position.
Clutch Start Switch (Manual)
- Disconnect clutch start switch electrical connector.
- Use a fused jumper wire to bypass switch by connecting terminal A to terminal B.
Important: Switch is faulty if engine cranks normal.
