Tools Required
The SA9165T
should be used when the flushing
of the transaxle oil cooler in the radiator assembly is required. Follow the instructions
provided with the tool when performing the flushing procedure.
The J 35944-440
is used in combination with
the flushing tool and allows you to attach the cooler flusher to the transaxle oil
cooler line assembly and the flush cooler and the cooler lines at the same time.
The transaxle oil cooler and lines should be flushed in of any of the following
situations:
| • | Performing a transaxle replacement |
| • | Oil cooler lines should be flushed after oil cooler replacement. |
| • | Any internal transaxle failure that caused debris, such as the clutch
plate material, metal shavings, etc., to enter the transaxle oil cooler
and oil cooler lines. |
