Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 896491 Size: SH
  1. Remove the lower right side dash closeout panel, hush panel.

    2. Object Number: 897891 Size: SH
  2. Remove the lower right side air duct.

    3. Object Number: 896493 Size: SH
  3. Remove the lower right side console closeout panel.

    4. Object Number: 893362 Size: SH
  4. Remove the radio trim bezel and the electrical connections.

    5. Object Number: 893365 Size: SH
  5. Remove the radio and tilt the radio downward and lay the radio in front of the console.

    6. Object Number: 894745 Size: MF
  6. Remove the aspirator hose.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 894745 Size: MF

    Important: Failure to connect the aspirator hose securely may result in automatic climate control performance problems.

  1. Connect the aspirator hose.

    2. Object Number: 893365 Size: SH
  2. Install the radio.

    3. Object Number: 893362 Size: SH
  3. Install the radio trim bezel and the electrical connections.

    4. Object Number: 896493 Size: SH
  4. Install the lower right side console closeout panel.
  5. Install the lower driver's side console closeout panel.

    6. Object Number: 896489 Size: SH
  6. Install the lower driver's side air duct.

    7. Object Number: 896491 Size: SH
  7. Install the lower driver's side dash closeout panel, hush panel.
