Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 892740 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the pressure transducer electrical connector.

    2. Object Number: 894459 Size: SH
  2. Using a back-up wrench to support the refrigerant line, remove the pressure transducer.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 894459 Size: SH

    Important: Do not use PAG oil.

  1. Lubricate the pressure port O-ring with mineral oil.
  2. Hand start the pressure transducer onto the pressure port.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Using a back-up wrench to support the refrigerant line, tighten the pressure transducer.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the pressure transducer-to-suction/liquid line to 7 N·m (62 lb in).

  4. Connect the pressure transducer electrical connector.
