🢒 Sunroof Housing Rear Drain Hose Replacement
Removal Procedure
Partially pull down the headliner to expose the rear drain hose. Refer to
Headlining Trim Panel Replacement
in Interior Trim.
Disconnect the rear drain hose from the sunroof drain spouts.
Pull back the rear compartment side trim to gain access to the rear drain. Refer to
Rear Compartment Closeout Panel Replacement
in Interior Trim.
Cut the tie straps that connect the rear drain hose to the vehicle.
Use tape to mark the locations the drain hose was routed through.
Pull the rear drain hose out from the inside of the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
Important:
Rotating the rear drain hose while installing prevents the hose from kinking.
Route the rear drain hose through the sunroof drain holes, in the marked location.
Put the end of the rear drain hose in the hole located in the rear compartment.
Connect the rear drain hose to the sunroof drain spouts.
Install the tie straps connecting the drain hose to the vehicle structure.
Reposition the rear compartment side trim. Refer to
Rear Compartment Closeout Panel Replacement
in Interior Trim
Install the headliner. Refer to
Headlining Trim Panel Replacement
in Interior Trim.
