Removal Procedure
- Remove the weatherstrip from the door opening by starting at the seal joint at the bottom of the door opening.
- Slowly pull the seal loose.
Installation Procedure
- Start the seal over the flange area in the position noted above.
- Press the seal over the flange firmly to seal.
- On the new design seals, pull the rope shown to assist in folding the inner lip of the weatherstrip over the interior trim.
- Install the weatherstrip to locate the molded joint in the position shown.
- Inspect the entire seal for proper installation.
