Both power mirrors do not operate.

Chart 1

The left mirror does not operate in up/down or left/right mode. The right mirror operates normally.

Chart 2

The right mirror does not operate in up/down or left/right mode. The left mirror operates normally.

Chart 3

The left mirror does not operate in left/right but is OK in up/down.

1. Remove the left mirror patch.
2. Disconnect the mirror connector
3. Connect a test lamp between terminal C and B.
4. Move the mirror switch to the left or right position.
5. If the test lamp illuminates, the mirror motor is faulty.
6. If the test lamp does not illuminate, CKT 889 is open or the mirror switch is faulty.

The right mirror does not operate in left/right but is OK in up/down.

1. Remove the left mirror patch.
2. Disconnect the mirror connector.
3. Connect a test lamp between terminal B and C.
4. Move the mirror switch to the left or right position.
5. If the test lamp illuminates, the mirror motor is faulty.
6. If the test lamp does not illuminate, CKT 89 is open or the mirror switch is faulty .
