Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2002 🢒 L100/L200/LW200 🢒 Body and Accessories 🢒 Exterior Trim 🢒 Front Fender Emblem/Nameplate Replacement

    Object Number: 894117 Size: SH
  1. If the fender is replaced, install the Saturn emblem.
  2. Position the fender on the upper motor compartment side rail.
  3. Align the fender to the door and hood.
  4. Install the fender to upper motor compartment side rail fasteners.
  5. Install the fender to headlamp housing assembly fasteners.
  6. Install the fender to front body hinge pillar support bracket bolts.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the front body hinge pillar support bracket bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  7. Connect the fender to the fascia by lowering the stud plate through the bracket and fender.
  8. Loosely install the nuts.
  9. Align the fender to the fascia and tighten the nuts.
  10. Install the lower fender upper to the support bracket on the lower front body hinge pillar with the attaching bolts. The bolts are driven vertically.
  11. Install the retainers to the bottom of the fender upper.
  12. Install the wheelhouse panel to the front fascia and front fender fasteners.
  13. Install the fender extension. Refer to Fender Lower Extension.
