Removal Procedure
- Remove the windshield garnish trim. Refer to Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
- Lower the headliner in the front only.
- Reach into the assist microphone assembly while turning the assembly in a counter-clockwise direction
- Disconnect the 2-way connector located above the headliner.
- Snap the microphone out from the bezel.
Installation Procedure
- Connect the 2-way connector to microphone.
- Insert the microphone assembly and rotate in a clockwise direction.
- The microphone is directional in the bezel. Position the microphone so that the arrow on the back faces the driver.
- Install the windshield garnish trim. Refer to Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
