Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2002 🢒 L100/L200/LW200 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.2L (L61) 🢒 Water Pump Removal

    Object Number: 746068 Size: SH
  1. Remove the engine coolant temperature sensor.

    2. Object Number: 856306 Size: SH
  2. Remove the water pipe support bracket and bolts.

    3. Object Number: 746070 Size: SH
  3. Remove the thermostat and water feed pipe retaining bolts.

    4. Important: Twist the water feed pipe while pulling to remove it from the water pump cover.

  4. Remove the thermostat housing and water feed pipe from the water pump cover.

    5. Object Number: 412423 Size: SH
  5. Remove the water pump retaining bolts. Be sure to remove the bolt that goes through the front of the engine block.
  6. Remove the water pump assembly.

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 895897 Size: SH
  1. Remove the engine coolant temperature sensor.

    2. Object Number: 895532 Size: SH
  2. Remove the thermostat and water feed pipe retaining bolts.

    3. Important: Twist the water feed pipe while pulling to remove it from the water pump.

  3. Remove the thermostat housing and water feed pipe from the water pump.

    4. Object Number: 895535 Size: SH

    Important: Be sure to remove the bolt that goes through the front of the engine block.

  4. Remove the water pump retaining bolts.
  5. Remove the water pump assembly.
