Secondary Air Injection Vacuum Control Solenoid Valve Replacement for Saturn L200/LW200 2003

Removal Procedure
  1. Disconnect the air pump solenoid harness connector.
  2. Remove the vacuum hoses.
  3. Remove the bolt.
  4. Remove the air pump solenoid.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the air pump solenoid.
  2. Install and tighten the bolt.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the air pump solenoid bolt to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the vacuum hoses.
  4. Connect the air pump solenoid harness connector. Push in the connector until a click is heard and pull back to confirm a positive engagement.
