Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement for Saturn L200/LW200 2003

Caution: The tensioner assembly's internal parts are not serviceable. To avoid injury, do not disassemble the tensioner.

1. Remove the accessory drive belt.



2. Remove the belt tensioner bolt.
3. Remove the belt tensioner.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.




1. Install the belt tensioner attachment bolt.

Tighten
Tighten the drive belt tensioner bolt 45 N·m (33 lb ft).




2. Install the accessory drive belt.
