Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 870643 Size: SH
  1. Remove the 3 lower steering column trim cover from the steering column attachment screws.
  2. Remove the upper steering column trim cover.

    3. Object Number: 862575 Size: SH
  3. Remove the ignition switch bezel.
  4. Remove the lock cylinder bezel from the steering column shroud by carefully prying with a thin-bladed screwdriver.
  5. Remove the lower steering column trim cover.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 870643 Size: SH
  1. Install the steering column trim cover and attachment fasteners.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the steering column trim cover attaching fasteners to 4 N·m (35 lb in).

  2. Install the ignition switch bezel.
