The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom described in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
Service wrench and SES telltales may be illuminated and the transaxle may shift harshly. Communication DTCs U2103, U2104 and U2105 may be set along with numerous (10 or more) transaxle DTCs.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Battery cables may be loose, corroded or damaged and/or the battery terminals are cross threaded and/or the battery may be damaged internally.
Inspect battery cables for loose connection, corrosion or other damage and repair as required. If no trouble found, remove battery cable bolts and inspect for cross threading. If no trouble found, suspect a damaged battery and replace.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
