Tools Required

J 39194-C 02 Sensor Wrench

1. Install the rear exhaust manifold gasket.
2. Install the rear exhaust manifold.
3. Install the exhaust manifold nuts.

Tighten
Tighten the exhaust manifold nuts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

4. Install the EGR pipe.

Tighten
Tighten the EGR pipe bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).




5. Install the oxygen sensor using the J 39194-C .

Tighten
Tighten the oxygen sensors (exhaust manifold) to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

6. Install the front exhaust manifold gasket.
7. Install the rear exhaust manifold.
8. Install the exhaust manifold nuts.

Tighten
Tighten the exhaust manifold nuts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
