Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 894875 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
  3. Remove the front timing belt cover. Refer to Timing Belt Front Cover Replacement .
  4. Remove the timing belt. Refer to Timing Belt Replacement .
  5. Remove the timing belt tensioner bracket bolts.
  6. Remove the timing belt tensioner bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 894875 Size: SH
  1. Install the timing belt tensioner bracket.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the timing belt tensioner bracket bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the timing belt tensioner bracket bolt to 40 N·m (30 lb ft).

  3. Install the timing belt. Refer to Timing Belt Replacement .
  4. Install the front timing belt cover. Refer to Timing Belt Front Cover Replacement .
  5. Install the intake air resonator. Refer to Intake Air Resonator Replacement.
  6. Connect the negative battery cable.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the battery terminal bolts to 17 N·m (13 lb ft).
