Disassembly Procedure


    Object Number: 891561  Size: SH
  1. Place the control arm in a suitable vise.
  2. Remove the rear axle control arm bracket bolt and nut. Discard the bolt and nut.

  3. Object Number: 891565  Size: SH
  4. Using the KM-671 , KM-906-62 and KM-906-61, press out the rear axle upper and lower control arm bushings.

  5. Object Number: 891573  Size: SH
  6. Using the KM-671 , KM-906-41 and KM-906-44, press out the rear axle control arm front bushing.

Assembly Procedure


    Object Number: 891576  Size: SH
  1. Using the KM-671 , KM-906-42, and KM-906-43, install the rear axle control arm front bushing.

  2. Object Number: 891569  Size: SH
  3. Using the KM-671 , KM-906-64, and KM-906-63, install the upper and lower rear axle control arm bushings.

  4. Object Number: 891561  Size: SH

    Important: A new nut and bolt must be used. Tighten retention of the old nut and bolt may not be sufficient.

  5. Install the rear axle control arm bracket using the new bolt.
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the rear axle control arm bracket-to-knuckle to 90 N·m (66 lb ft).
