Circuit Description
During an ABS or TCS event, the ABS control module energizes the pump motor relay winding to switch battery voltage to the pump motor. This relay and motor is not used during normal braking.
DTC Parameters
DTC C0110 will set if:
| • | If the control module commands the relay On, but does not sense battery voltage at the motor. |
| • | If the control module commands the relay Off, and senses battery voltage at the motor. |
When DTC C0110 sets:
| • | The ABS telltale will be On. |
| • | The ABS control module will disable ABS, TCS, and DRP. |
Diagnostic Aids
The pump relay and motor are NOT serviceable.
The valve assembly (with control module) must be replaced.
