  1. Route the accessory drive belt over all of the accessory pulleys EXCEPT the water pump pulley.

  2. Object Number: 158549  Size: SH
  3. Use a wrench on the center bolt of the tensioner pulley (5) and rotate clockwise to release drive belt tension.
  4. Install the drive belt over the water pump pulley, then, release the tensioner pulley.
  5. Inspect the drive belt to ensure it is properly seated in all of the accessory drive pulleys.
  6. Install the AIR pipe.
  7. Install the AIR pipe clamps (2).
  8. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  9. Install the upper generator nut (6).
  10. Tighten
    Tighten the upper generator nut (6) to 40 N·m (30 lb ft).

  11. Install the AIR pipe bracket nut (1).
  12. Tighten
    Tighten the AIR pipe bracket nut to 12 N·m (108 lb in).
