Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2001 🢒 L300/LW300 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.0L (L81) 🢒 Drive Belt Removal

  1. Use a wrench on the center bolt of the tensioner pulley (5) and rotate clockwise to release drive belt tension.
  2. Remove the belt (7) from the water pump pulley.
  3. Release the AIR pipe clamps (2) from the rubber hose connection.
  4. Remove the AIR injection crossover pipe bushing nut(1).
  5. Remove the AIR injection crossover pipe bracket nut (6) from the generator mounting stud. It may be necessary to hold the generator stud ont he backside of the generator when removing nut (6).
  6. Remove the AIR pipe.
  7. Remove the drive belt.
