Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2001 🢒 L300/LW300 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.0L (L81) 🢒 Exhaust Manifold Installation - Right Side

    Object Number: 217316 Size: SH
  1. Install the RH side exhaust manifold gasket.
  2. Install the RH side exhaust manifold.
  3. Install the RH side exhaust manifold nuts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the exhaust manifold nuts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

  4. Install the AIR pipe (2) to the RH side exhaust manifold.
  5. Coat the AIR pipe bolts (1) with high temperature nickel anti-seize lubricant, GM P/N 12371386 or equivalent.
  6. Install the AIR pipe bolts.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the AIR pipe bolts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

  7. Install the RH side exhaust manifold heat shields.
  8. Coat the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts with high temperature nickel anti-seize lubricant, GM P/N 12371386 or equivalent.
  9. Install the RH side exhaust manifold heat shield bolts.

    10. Tighten
    Tighten the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts to 8 N·m (71 lb in).
