Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 888497 Size: SH
  1. Remove the lower dash closeout panel and the hush panel from the driver side.

    2. Object Number: 896489 Size: SH
  2. Remove the lower air duct from the driver side.

    3. Object Number: 1242405 Size: SH
  3. Remove the gas pedal to provide access to the temperature actuator.

    4. Object Number: 896493 Size: SH
  4. Remove the lower console closeout panel.

    5. Object Number: 1242394 Size: SH
  5. Remove the screws attaching the temperature door actuator.

    6. Object Number: 1242406 Size: SH
  6. Disconnect the electrical connection from the temperature door actuator.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1242406 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connection to the temperature door actuator.

    2. Object Number: 1242394 Size: SH
  2. Install the temperature door actuator and the attaching screws.
  3. Install the lower console closeout panel.

    4. Object Number: 1242405 Size: SH
  4. Install the gas pedal.

    5. Object Number: 896489 Size: SH
  5. Install the lower air duct.

    6. Object Number: 888497 Size: SH
  6. Install the lower dash closeout panel and the hush panel.
