Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 896495 Size: SH
  1. Remove the center console. Refer to Console Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the lighter harness from the lighter.
  3. Remove the front ash tray fasteners and remove ash tray assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 896495 Size: SH
  1. If the lighter is being replaced, transfer the cigar lighter to the new ash tray assembly.
  2. Position the ash tray assembly to the center console and install the fasteners.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the ash tray-to-the center console fasteners to 2 N·m(18 lb in).

  3. Install the console assembly. Refer to Console Replacement .
