Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Outlet Hose Replacement L81

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the power steering reservoir cap.

    2. Object Number: 891813 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the power steering reservoir outlet hose from the pump. Allow the fluid to drain into a suitable container.
  3. Disconnect the power steering reservoir outlet hose from the reservoir.
  4. Remove the power steering reservoir outlet hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 891813 Size: SH
  1. Position the power steering reservoir outlet hose to the vehicle.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Connect the power steering reservoir outlet hose to the reservoir.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the clamp to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  3. Connect the power steering reservoir outlet hose to the pump.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the clamp to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  4. Fill and bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding .
